Indonesia Exchange has decided to remove all of the securities of PT. Grahamas Citrawisata Tbk (GMCW) in Indonesia Stock Exchange to be effective on August 13, 2019.

The securities removal process of the Company is determined as follows:

Trading in Negotiated Market for 20 Exchange Days

Effective date of Delisting

August 13, 2019

 As the delisting of the Company as a Listed Company, the Company has no longer of any obligation as a Listed Company, and the Indonesian Stock Exchange will remove the name of the Company from the list of Listed Companies, whose shares listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
