JAKARTA. PT Petrochem Indonesia Tbk (ADMG) recorded a 30.16% drop in its sales in Q1 this year, from US$ 98.43 million recorded in Q1 2018, to US$ 68.74 million.
Chandra Tjong, Corporate Secretary of ADMG, said that the decline was mainly caused by a decline in the company's sales performance, both in the domestic and export markets.
In the domestic market, the sales revenue from ADMG Chemical products reached US$ 61.55 million in Q1 this year, down 23% from the record in Q1 last year which reached US$ 80.02 million. Meanwhile, ADMG's export sales in Q1 this year were only US $ 7.19 million, down 61% from US$ 18.41 million recorded in Q1 last year.
In addition, domestic sales contributed as much as 90% of ADMG total sales, while export sales contributed 10 %. (KR/AR)
