JAKARTA. PT Pan Brothers Tbk (PBRX) has received the approval from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to distribute cash dividends of Rp. 12.96 billion, 4.98% of the net profit generated by the company in 2018.
Anne Patricia Sutanto, Deputy Managing Director of PBRX, said that in 2018, the company generated US$ 18.29 million in net profit, 95.62% higher than its 2017 record of US$ 9.35 million.
PBRX's net profit growth was supported by its sales revenue which rose by 11.29% in 2018, to US$ 611.37 million. PBRX's net interest margin is at 2.66% in 2018, while in the previous year it was only 1.42%.
In addition to stipulating dividend distribution, the AGM also agreed to allocate a reserve fund of Rp 1 billion. (KR/AR)
