JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) continued strengthening on today's session I. Until this afternoon, the Jakarta Composite Index closed at 6,280.79, up 6.12 points or 0.1%. JCI was observed to move in the range of 6,274.67 and 6,319.33 after it was closed at 6,274.67 yesterday.
There were four weakening sectors in session I today, namely the trade, property, consumer goods and miscellaneous industrial sectors. While the remaining six other sectors remained in the green zone with the biggest increase in the plantation sector.
Today's top gainers are PT Steady Safe Tbk (SAFE), PT Bima Sakti Pertiwi Tbk (PAMG) and PT Multifiling Mitra Indonesia Tbk (MFMI). (LM)
