JAKARTA. PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara Tbk (FPNI) admitted that it is still calculating the potential losses due to massive power outages on 4 August.
Kang Jongwon, Managing Director of FPNI, said the outage stopped the operation of the company's production facilities completely. "From 4 August 2019 to 11 August 2019," Jongwoon explained through information disclosure on Tuesday (13/8) today.
Jongwoon added that FPNI had carried out standard procedures when the blackout occurred. Although the blackout only lasted for 8-9 hours, Jongwoon admitted that his party had to normalize the engine at his factory. Finally, the company's factory reactor began functioning again at 22:00 WIB on 11 August.
"Currently it is still in the stage of continuous monitoring, and it is expected that its condition will remain stable and normal," Jongwoon explained. (KR/AR)
