JAKARTA - PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD), a leasing company, obtained a loan facility worth Rp 200 billion from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP). The loan facility agreement was signed on 16 August 2019.
Based on the disclosure of company information, Yannuar Alin, President Director of PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD), said that the term of the loan facility is 36 months. "The bank has also provided a demand loan facility worth Rp 50 billion, which is guaranteed using the company's receivables," he said.
As quoted from the company's financial statements, Buana Finance receivables consist of finance lease receivables (Rp 1.16 trillion), consumer financing receivables (Rp 3.26 trillion), and factoring receivables (Rp 9.79 billion). (LK/AR)
