JAKARTA - PT Bukit Sentul Tbk (BKSL) will prepare a capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of Rp 250 billion in 2020, which will be used to finish its AEON Mall project and road construction.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, one of the company's projects in 2020 is the construction of the road behind AEON Mall. In addition, it will also widen the MH Thamrin road, Sentul. The roads are expected to improve access and increase the sales of units in the mall. In addition, it will also complete a number of other projects, including Spring Mountain, Green Mountain, and Terrace Hill Cluster. For the development of those projects, BKSL is collaborating with Sumitomo Corporation and Hankyu Realty Co. Ltd.
As of Q3 2019, BKSL has generated Rp 540.91 billion in revenue and Rp 118.70 billion in net profit. (LK/AR)
