JAKARTA - PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB), a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR), has secured a Rp 8.78 trillion syndicated loan from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA), and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) or BCA.

According to an official statement released on Tuesday (7/1), the loan will be used for the development of the Semarang-Batang. The transaction took place in December 2019.

JSB, said Bank Mandiri Corporate Secretary Rohan Hafas, is one of the bank’s existing debtors. Bank Mandiri also assesses that JSB is able to maintain the quality of its financing.

“[The loan] will only be used for their project development. They are one of our existing debtors,” said Mr Hafas as quoted by Bisnis.com. (MS)
