JAKARTA. PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) has launched a delivery service called Blue Bird COD (Chat-Order-Delivery) to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) and support public accessibility.
According to Blue Bird Chief Marketing Officer Amelia Nasution, this programme is expected to help people in self-isolation or quarantine. "Under these challenging situations, we are committed to providing the public with reliable services to meet their needs," said Ms Nasution as quoted by Kontan, Thursday (26/3).
To access the service, customers need to contact Blue Bird's customer service number. Customers can use cash or non-cash methods to pay for the service through the My Blue Bird app. (KR/MS)
