PT. Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT) announced that on March 3, 2015, the Company has signed The Debt Conversion Agreement with the subsidiary, PT. Centratama Menara Indonesia.

Under that agreement, the Company will be converting debt to PT. Centratama Menara Indonesia with the amount of Rp625,074,892,510.
