JAKARTA. PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk. (HRTA) is optimistic that the acquisition of PT Arum Digital Internusa will contribute to the company's performance in the next 3-5 years.
Finance Director of Hartadinata Abadi, Deny Ong, said that the company plans to release its new distribution channel in Q3 2019. The new distribution channel is an application called masduit, managed by Aurum Digital Internusa.
Although the integrated gold jewelry manufacturers and providers have not set sales targets through their new channels, the company is optimistic that this step can contribute to performance in the next 3-5 years.
"We have not targeted significant sales this year, given the existing competition," he said on Thursday (18/7/2019).
Recently, PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk acquired 90% of the shares of PT Aurum Digital Internusa, an e-commerce company, for Rp 4.5 billion. (AM/AR)
