Yesterday (30/6), Amar Bank announced its partnership with Google Cloud in introducing the Senyumku product as the first digital-only bank in Indonesia launched in the Cloud.
The Amar Bank and Google Cloud collaboration is supported by FIS Cloud and Infofabrica, enabling the Bank to utilize data analytics intelligence and machine learning so as to provide a personalized customer experience more quickly. For example, Senyumku has an artificial intelligence to know financial health and offers an easy way to manage customers' finances. This application notifies customers of financial income and expenditure patterns, and encourages them to develop savings habits.
Regarding its cooperation with Google, Vishal Tulsian, President Director of Amar Bank commented, "With Google's credibility and good security standards, Senyumku has become the first digital-only Indonesian bank to be launched on the Cloud by promoting speed and security. Currently, Senyumku is present in the Lite version with features that can be enjoyed through four easy steps namely validation, registration, Electronic Know Your Customer (E-KYC), and account creation.
