JAKARTA - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) is optimistic that it will reap marketing sales of IDR 2.1 trillion by the end of this year. The acquisition will match the target that has been set in the range of IDR 2 trillion-IDR 2.5 trillion.
Cesar M Dela Cruz, Director of PT Agung Podomor Land Tbk (APLN) said that marketing sales until November 2021 reached IDR 1.73 trillion. "Until the end of this year, marketing sales are estimated at IDR 2.1 trillion, according to the estimate at the beginning of the year," he said in a public exposure report quoted Friday (12/17).
In the middle of this year, APLN has earned marketing sales of IDR 1 trillion. In October 2021, the company added marketing sales of IDR 470 billion so that the total pre-sales achievement was IDR 1.47 trillion. Currently, his party is preparing a marketing sales target for 2022.
A number of projects that contributed to marketing sales came from Podomoro Park Bandung, Podomoro City Deli Medan, Pakubuwono Spring, Podomoro Golf View Cimanggis, and Grand Taruma Karawang. (LK/LM)
