JAKARTA – PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA), an infrastructure construction company, plans to pay out cash dividends of IDR 35.25 billion on June 17, 2022. The net profit in 2021 agreed upon by the shareholders amounted to IDR 51.64 billion.
Setiadi Djajasaputra, Corporate Secretary of Nusa Raya Cipta, confirmed that the cash dividend that will be disbursed amounts to IDR 15 per share. It will be channelled out to shareholders whose names were included in the Shareholders List by June 3, 2022. “The net profit will also be divided to reserve funds of IDR 5 billion, while the remaining portion will be stored as unrestricted retained earnings,” he mentioned in the Annual General Shareholders Meeting treatise quoted Tuesday (24/5).
The shareholders agreed to set the cum and ex dividend dates in the regular and negotiation market on May 31 and June 2, 2022. Meanwhile, the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market will fall on June 3 and 6, 2022.
NRCA once distributed cash dividends of IDR 36.25 billion from its net profit in the fiscal year 2020, IDR 60.95 billion from the FY 2019 net profit, and IDR 73.25 billion from the FY 2018 net profit.
NRCA is known to have collected revenue of IDR 1.66 trillion, shrinking from IDR 2.08 trillion in the previous period. The gross profit also declined from IDR 228.69 billion to IDR 190.09 billion, as did its profit from IDR 55.12 billion to IDR 51.64 billion. (LK/ZH)
