JAKARTA. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) recorded that the frequency of Brizzi service transactions has reached 91 million times during the period of January-February this year.
Handayani, Consumer Director of BBRI, said that in 2018, Brizzi's services contributed 11% of the bank's electronic transactions. As of February, the number of recorded transactions grew by 211% year on year (yoy).
"Payment transactions in the transportation sector remain the main source of Brizzi transaction in 2019," Handayani said as quoted by Kontan on Thursday (21/3).
BBRI will try to increase the growth of Brizzi transactions this year through several strategies. One of them is by targeting the millennial segment, to make more transactions at merchants who have partnered with BBRI. (KR/AR)
