BTN to distribute housing subsidies amounting to IDR 8.73 trillion
JAKARTA - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) will distribute the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) worth IDR 8.73 trillion this year. This was conveyed by Nixon LP Napitupulu, Acting (Plt) President Director of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) quoted on Friday (22/1).
He conveyed that the financing facility was channeled to subsidize conventional housing loans (KPR) amounting to IDR 7.76 trillion and IDR 965 billion for sharia KPR. "All FLPP funds are intended to finance 81,000 subsidized housing units," he said.
According to him, the FLPP program distribution will be integrated with the SiKasep application, namely the KPR BTN application. This financing, he continued, will target Low Income Communities (MBR) with a down payment of 1% of the house price and a fixed interest of 5% per year for up to 20 years.
"We will optimize subsidized housing financing through KPR Sejahtera for the MBR segment," he added. (LK/LM)
