JAKARTA. PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ADCP) set the revenue target to IDR 1 trillion this year along with its marketing sales target to IDR 1.3 trillion.

Mochamad Yusuf, Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resource of Adhi Commuter Properti, expresses his optimism in attaining the target, considering the sales trend seen until today.

The revenue target of IDR 1 trillion means increasing by 10% from last year’s revenue of IDR 900 billion. Moreover, ADCP also aims to boost its net profit by 20%.

In order to secure these objectives, the transit-oriented development (TOD) oriented property developer relies on marketing sales, which by the end of H1 2021 has reached IDR 438 billion. It proliferates three times from the achievement reported in the same period in 2020 of IDR 143 billion.

Rizkan Firman, President Director of Adhi Commuter Properti, believes that TOD-concept residences are quite appealing to the public as it offers some benefits. For instance, they are integrated with central transportation spots, be it light rapid transits (LRT) or other public transportations. Furthermore, other advantages include a superior yield, easier access to transportation, and a green environment that entails air pollution decrease. (AM/ZH)
