In 2018, there are 57 companies that went listed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This achievement was beyond IDX’s expectation, as the bourse expected only 38 companies would go public in 2018.

  1. PT. Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (TUGU), went IPO on May 28, 2018 with an offering price of IDR 3850. The company offered 177 million shares, 10% of its total shares of 1.77 billion. As per August 31, 2020, their stock price decreased approximately 49.35% to IDR 1950.

  2. PT. Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), a healthcare provider. Went IPO on May 16, 2018 with an offering price of IDR 3700. The company offered 351 million shares, 11.8% of its total shares of 2.97 billion. As per August 31, 2020, their stock price decreased around 15.13% to IDR 3140.

  3. PT. Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA), which is engaged in the sale of electric vouchers and started its commercial operation in 2003. Went IPO at IDR 2950 on November 27, 2018. Offered 214 million shares, 29.9% of its total shares. As per August 31, 2020, the stock price has decreased around 37.45% to IDR 1845.

  4. PT. MAP Aktif Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPA), a company which comprises mainly retail trading of sports, golf, kids and lifestyle products in more than 900 stores/outlets located in Jakarta, Bandung, and other cities in Indonesia. Went IPO at IDR 2100 on July 5, 2018, offering 427 million shares, 15% of its total shares. As per August 31, 2020, the stock price has increased around 4.28% to IDR 2190.

  5. PT. NFC Indonesia Tbk (NFCX), which engaged in information technology, digital, and telecommunication services. Went IPO at IDR 1850 on July 12, 2018, offered 166 million shares, 25% of its total shares. As per August 31, 2020, the stock price has decreased around 13.51% to IDR 1600.

  6. PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC), a terminal vehicle company operating in Tanjung Priok. Went IPO at IDR 1640 on July 9, 2018, offering 509 million shares, 27.9% of its total shares. As per August 31, 2020, their stock price plummeted by 74.63% to IDR 416.

  10. PT. Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (GHON), an investment company by developing the portfolio in tower leasing industry, utilities, microcell, fibre optic, and active network. Initial offering at IDR 1170 on April 9, 2018. The company offered 152 million shares, 27.80% of its total shares of 550 million.
