Referring to the letter of PT Tunas Ridean Tbk No: 110/TR-V/2022 dated May 25, 2022, regarding the securities trading suspension application of PT Tunas Ridean Tbk (TURI), the company submitted a plan to go private and voluntary delisting of the Bourse.

In this regard, the Exchange has decided to temporarily suspend the company's trading securities in all markets as of the first trading session on Friday, 27 May 2022 until further notice.

The Exchange suggests to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the company.
