MESOP Conversion Phase I amounting 72,500 shares 
MESOP Conversion Phase II amounting 125,900 shares
Listing date June 1, 2016
Trading date June 1, 2016

Therefore, PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk  now has a total of 13,572,927,950 shares listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase I was 924,000 shares and the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase II was 849,250 shares.
