PT. Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) has conducted the share repurchase, which issued by the Company in the significantly fluctuating market condition (buyback), that the result has been reported to PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) and Financial Services Authority by the letter of the Company No. 086 / NI-CORSEC / XII / 13 dated December 23, 2013, regarding the Report of the Share Repurchase issued by Issuers or Public Company in Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions. Total number of shares from buyback was amounted to 385,454,000 shares.

Relating to that, the Company hereby appointed PT. Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia as Member of Stock Exchange, for selling the shares from Buyback in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sales of Buyback shares will be carried out in accordance with the Company instructions and complying to the sales mechanism as determined by Financial Services Authority Regulation No.2/POJK.04/ 2013 on The Share Repurchase issued by Issuer or Public Company in Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions ( POJK 2/2013)
