PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia has approved the pre-listing share registration to exercise the Mandatory Convertible Bonds (OWK) as many as 20,749,937,160 shares.

The shares that have been pre-recorded are listed and able to be traded after the exercise from OWK into shares.
Furthermore, we will announce the recording and trading of shares from OWK after the report from PT. Bakrie & Brothers Tbk or from the Securities Administration Bureau of PT. Bakrie & Brothers Tbk regarding the exercise from OWK into shares.
The shares from OWK will not be traded in Indonesia Stock Exchange for at least 1 (one) year since the shares are recoded in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
