TBIG issues unsecured senior notes
JAKARTA - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) offers unsecured Senior Notes with a total value of US$ 350 million and an interest rate of 4.25%. These unsecured notes will mature in 2025 and are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX)
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Helmy Yusman Santoso, Corporate Secretary of the Tower Bersama Group, said that the proceeds from the issuance of the unsecured senior notes will be used to pay some of the company's revolving debt.
The offering period will end on 21 January 2020, and the notes have not yet been given a rating. The total amount of funds that will be received by the company, after being deducted by underwriting expenses, is in the range of US$ 245.2 million. (LK/AR)
