Wismilak Inti Makmur to share dividends of IDR 21.6 per share
JAKARTA. PT Wismilah Inti makmur Tbk (WIIM) announces its plan to distribute cash dividends of IDR 21.6 per share or IDR 45.36 billion in total.
Krisna T., Director of WIIM, claimed that said arrangement follows the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of WIIM held on June 27, 2022. In said meeting, the shareholders decided to allocate 25.7% of the net profit gained in the fiscal year 2021 as cash dividends.
The cash dividend will then be channelled out to WIIM’s shareholders whose names have entered the official list by the recording date, which will fall on July 7, 2022. Then, the disbursement will take place on July 27, 2022.
According to idnfinancials.com data, WIIM scored a net profit of IDR 176.7 billion throughout 2021. At the end of December 2021, the company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 792.11 billion and total equity of IDR 1.32 trillion.
Until March 31, 2022, 16.14% of WIIM’s shares were reportedly under the control of Indahtati Widjajadi. Then, Ronald Walla had another 15.18%, followed by Stephen Walla of 15.18%, Gaby Widjajadi of 9.34%, Sugito Winarko of 7.30%, and public investors of 36.85%. (KR/ZH)
