JAKARTA. PT Ashmore Asset Management Tbk (AMOR) plans to give out interim dividend worth IDR 16 per share or IDR 35.41 billion in total.

Lydia Toisuta, Corporate Secretary of AMOR, confirmed that said plan aligns with the decision made by the Board of Directors of AMOR last week. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on January 25, 2023,” she added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The cum dividend in the regular market is set to February 6, 2023, followed by cum dividend in the cash market on February 8, 2023. The interim dividend itself will be disbursed on February 24, 2023.

Based on IDNFinancials data, AMOR recorded a net profit of IDR 46.36 billion at the end of December 31, 2022. Then, the company also reported having retained earnings of IDR 50.62 billion and total equity of IDR 280.47 billion.

Until December 31, 2022, 60.04% of AMOR was still under the control of Ashmore Investment Management Limited, while PT Adikarsa Sarana had another 13.05%. Then, Ronaldus Gandahusada secured another 6.3%, followed by FX Eddy Hartanto of 5.63%, Arief Cahyadi Wana of 5.4%, Steven Satya Yudha of 0.010%, and public investors of 9.26%. (KR/ZH)
