JAKARTA – PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk (CARE) has realised 99.75% of its entire initial public offering (IPO) proceeds, equivalent to IDR 941.71 billion out of the total IDR 1.01 trillion.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (15/2), Henry Kembaren, President Director of CARE, claimed that 35% of said fund has been realised as a loan for PT Semesta Akasa Jayaraya (SAJ), CARE’s subsidiary. Another 62.75% will also be channelled as a loan for six subsidiaries to acquire land bank, while the remaining 2% will be sent to its indirect subsidiary as a working capital credit.

Intiially, 30% of the IPO proceeds will be channelled to SAJ as a loan, leaving 60% for its six subsidiaries and 10% for its indirect subsidiary.

As of now, the remaining IPO proceeds, amounting to IDR 70.05 billion, is saved in a current account with an interest rate of 5% per annum. (LK/ZH)
