JAKARTA – PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk (PMJS), a four-wheeler distributor, scored IDR 72.41% year-on-year (yoy) growth in its net profit in 2022. The profit surge coincided with 17.70% revenue growth.

Quoted from the 2022 Financial Report on Friday (31/3), Fritz Gunawan, President Director of Putra Mandiri Jembar, mentioned that the company managed to collect sales of IDR 11.50 trillion, shifting from IDR 9.77 trillion seen in 2022.

The gross profit and profit before income taxes clocked up to IDR 832.10 billion and IDR 453.96 billion, respectively. In 2021, the gross profit and the profit before taxes were only IDR 637.78 billion and IDR 271.13 billion.

The vehicle segment contributed IDR 10.73 trillion to the 2022 revenue, increasing from IDR 9.15 trillion and similar to the spare part sales that increased from IDR 338.82 billion to IDR 447.08 billion. The service segment also grew from IDR 122.58 billion to IDR 156.74 billion.

The income from vehicle rent amounted to IDR 16.22 billion, also increasing from IDR 14.33 billion, while the vehicle body repair services shifted from IDR 9.78 billion to IDR 14.56 billion. Lastly, other segments brought in IDR 157.66 billion, declining from IDR 166.92 billion in 2021. (LK/ZH)
