JAKARTA. PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA), a gold jewelry manufacturing and trading company, will distribute a cash dividend of IDR 55.26 billion.

Ong Deny, Corporate Secretary of HRTA, said the plan was in accordance with the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) which was held at the end of last May. At the meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 21.79% of net profit for the 2022 fiscal year as cash dividends.

The recording date for dividend distribution is set for June 14, 2023. Dividend payments will be made on June 30, 2023. Each holder of 1 HRTA share will receive a dividend of IDR 12.

According to idnfinancials.com data, HRTA recorded a net profit of IDR 253.52 billion in the 2022 fiscal year. At the end of the year, the company also had an unrestricted retained earnings balance of IDR 902.82 billion and total equity of IDR 1.72 trillion.

For the record, the cash dividend distributed by HRTA this year is larger than the previous year. In 2022, the company only distributed cash dividends of IDR 46 billion, which came from net profit for the 2021 fiscal year. (KR/LM)
