JAKARTA - PT Mineral Sumberdaya Mandiri Tbk (AKSI) scored a 34.62% increase until the end of yesterday’s (16/10) session in the stock exchange. It replaced the previous top gainers, PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk (JAWA), which dropped to the fourth position.

Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) data quoted today (17/10) mentioned that AKSI was closed at its peak, IDR 175 per share. It shifted IDR 45 from the previous closing price of IDR 130 per share. Meanwhile, the lowest transaction price was recorded at IDR 140 per share.

The number of traded shares clocked up to 1.27 million shares in 202 transactions, worth a total of IDR 213.46 million. However, it had yet to gain traction from foreign investors, as foreign sell and buy were still at zero.

In the meantime, PT Prima Cakrawala Abadi Tbk (PCAR) followed AKSI closely with 34.34% increase to the runner-up of top gainers. It was closed at IDR 82, its peak, or shifted IDR 21 from the previous IDR 61 per share. PCAR’s shares were being traded at the lowest price of IDR 63 per share.

Although PCAR only became the second top gainers, its shares appealed to domestic and foreign investors. The transaction volume reached 384.22 million, which were recorded within 15,544 transactions worth IDR 28.73 billion. Foreign sell and buy were seen at 1.54 million and 665,000 shares. (LK/ZH)
