JAKARTA - On Friday, August 2, as many as 200 million shares of PT Voksel Electric Tbk (VOKS), a company that makes telecommunications cables, were sold by foreign investor Hengtong Optic Electric. With this most recent sale, the investor's share holdings in VOKS were down to 54.76% from almost sixty percent.

PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk then sold 32.71 million shares of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA), which is a property developer. Individual investor Magnus Jaya, on the other hand, added 8.28 million shares of MTLA to his portfolio.

Furthermore, through three separate securities, PT Fersindo Nusa Jaya sold a total of nearly 6 million shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), an aerosol manufacturer of cosmetics and household equipment. Afterward, 4.58 million EURO shares were sold by foreign investor Zurich Assets International Ltd. Then, 202,500 shares of PT Arsy Buana Travelindo Tbk (HAJJ), a business providing travel accommodation services, appeared to be released by PT Abraha Jaya Investama.

In the meantime, two PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk (ESSA) investors made the decision to increase their ownership stake in this company that operates an ammonia and LPG refinery. First, Boy Thohir purchased 6.08 million shares of ESSA, followed by PT Akraya International, which purchased nearly 5 million shares. They both completed the transaction under the supervision of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk. Lastly, Lo Kheng Hong purchased 504,400 shares of mining investment company PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM), while foreign investor Matrix Company Limited purchased 14.25 million shares of industrial gas company PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII), also known as Samator.
