JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) is expanding its operation in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta.
According to the official statement of the company, IPCC and PT IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) today has signed the memorandum of understanding on the Joint Operation of Pier and Field 106, 107 and 108 at Tanjung Priok Port.
This joint operation is a part of zoning system and specialization in the work environment of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero), in which IPCC is an operator specialist for handling loading and unloading of vehicles, heavy equipment and spare parts.
IPCC President Director Chiefy Adi K. said that the direct impact of the agreement was the increase in IPCC throughput which could reach 175,000 units so that in total the IPCC handled almost 600,000 units. (LM)
