SMI issues Shelf Register Bond to obtain Rp 1.5 trillion

JAKARTA - PT Sarana Multi Infrastrukture (Persero) issues 2018 Phase III of Shelf-Register Bond I worth Rp 1.5 trillion. This bond is separated into a scheme, consisting of a full commitment of Rp 828.25 billion and the best effort of Rp 671.75 billion.

Based on the company's prospectus, the full commitment scheme is divided into two series, B Series worth Rp 635 billion with an interest rate of 8.25% per year and a period of 370 days and B Series of Rp 193.25 billion with an interest rate of 8.7% per year and period for three years.

For the remaining principal principal offered of Rp 671.75 billion with collateral as the best effort, the company does not have the obligation to issue bonds if it will not be sold for all or part of it. The bonds will be offered November 23-29 2018 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on December 5, 2018.

The companies responsible for the bonds are PT Bahana Sekuritas (Persero), PT CGS CIMB Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Danareksa Sekuritas (Persero), PT Indopremier Securities, PT Mandiri Sekuritas (Persero), and PT Megah Securities Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), while the trustee is PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).
