JAKARTA - PT Roda Vivatex Tbk (RDTX), a property and real estate company, posted a comprehensive income of Rp 198.42 billion, growing 8.17% compared to the same period in 2017 of Rp 183.42 billion. This increase was supported by an increase in income and the efficiency of the cost of goods sold.
Based on the company's financial statements, revenues were Rp 301.62 billion in the third quarter of 2018, growing from Rp 294.40 billion in the same period in 2017. The largest contributors came from rent of Rp 163.30 billion, higher than Rp. 155.73. billion, followed by maintenance and empowerment of Rp 96.86 billion, up from Rp. 116.49 billion, parking at Rp 12.26 billion, slightly down from Rp 12.61 billion, overtime of Rp 26.02 billion, surging from Rp. 9.29 billion, and others at Rp 1.18 billion, higher than Rp 259 million.
The largest customer with revenues of more than 10% of his income is PT Pertamina EP with Rp 59.22 billion, Standard Chartered Bank with Rp 35.83 billion, and PT Pertamina Hulu Eneri ONJW with Rp. 28.17 billion. In the same period in 2017, PT Pertamina EP contributed Rp 70.78 billion, followed by Standard Chartered Bank with Rp 29.86 billion, and PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONJW with Rp 29.67 billion.
Gross profit amounted to Rp 216.94 billion or 71.92% of revenue, while the cost of goods sold reached Rp 84.67 billion. In the same period in 2017, the company's gross profit reached Rp 2015.36 billion or 69.75% of its revenue and its cost of goods sold reached Rp 89.04 billion.
