JAKARTA - PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk (GPRA) projects that the company’s net profit will grow 10% from last year’s net profit.
GPRA Vice President Director Arvin F. Iskandar said until the end of 2018, the company projects a 40% net profit growth. “[We project] Our net profit at around Rp 50 billion or grew 40% from the same period in the previous year,” said Mr Iskandar as quoted by Kontan.co.id.
The company also targets Rp 600 billion in marketing sales this year. To achieve the target, the company will develop five projects which consist of four existing projects and one new projects.
“[The projects are] Bukit Cimanggu City, Metro Cilegon, Bellevue Place, and Bhuvana, as well as a villa,” said Mr Iskandar. He added that the company will maintain collaboration with banks and property agents to achieve its targets. (MS)
