JAKARTA - PT BFI Finance Tbk (BFIN) aims to obtain Rp 1 trillion by offering the 2019 Sustainable Bonds IV Phase II 2019. The funds will be used for working capital, investment, and multifunction.
Based on the company's prospectus, the bonds were issued without any warrant, except the jumbo CD of PT Kustodion Efek Indonesia (KSEI). The bonds are offered into two series, A and B-series which has a total value of Rp 500 billion each. The interest rate of the A-series is 9% per annum with a period of 370 days, while the interest rate of B-series is 10.50% per annum with a period of three years. The interest rate will be paid every three months, and the first payment will be conducted on 22 May 2019.
The bonds will be offered on 18-19 February 2019. The underwriters are PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIMS), while the trustee is PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN).
According to the company's financial report, in the third quarter of 2018, the company's revenue was recorded at Rp 3.72 trillion, while in December 2017, its revenue was recorded at Rp 4.04 trillion. The profit for the period was recorded at Rp 275.12 billion, and its profit in December 2017 was recorded at Rp 300 billion. (LK/AR)
