Alkindo's shareholders will have their shares diluted by 50% if they don't participate in rights issue

JAKARTA - PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk (ALDO) shareholders will have their shares diluted by 50% if they did not use their rights in the rights issue, which is held to gain Rp 200.75 billion. In the corporate action, the company offers 550 million shares or 50% of the company's issued and paid-up capital of Rp 55 billion.

As cited from the company's prospectus, before the corporate action, the authorised capital of the company was recorded at Rp 160 billion, and its composition of shareholders was as follows: PT Golden Arista International (58.41%), Lili Mulyadi Sutanto (7.66%), Herwanto Sutanto (4.48%), Erik Sutanto (2.18%), and the public (27.27%). After the rights issue, composition shareholders will change to:  PT Golden Arista International (65.57%), Lili Mulyadi Sutanto (3.83%), Herwanto Sutanto (2.24%), Erik Sutanto (1.09%), and the public (27.27)%.

Alindo will conduct a rights issue on 19-25 February 2019, and its shares will be offered for Rp 365 per share. The standby buyer in the corporate action is PT Golden Arista International (GAI). The funds from the rights issue will be used to take over EPI's stocks owned by GAI. (LK/AR)
