JAKARTA - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) targets this year's marketing sales to reach Rp 6.2 trillion, supported by leading projects in the residential and commercial segments.
“We are optimistic that the marketing sales target of Rp 6.2 trillion will be achieved, given the high demand for our superior products," said Hermawan Wijaya, BSD Director in an official statement.
For information, marketing of residential product sales in 2018 was recorded at Rp 2.95 trillion or increased by 30% compared to 2017 which amounted to Rp 2.26 trillion. In terms of unit, BSD recorded sales of 1,299 units, up from 1,160 units in the previous year.
In the commercial segment, apartment sales last year were recorded at Rp 1.10 trillion, up by 195% compared to the previous year worth Rp 374 billion. The number of units sold also jumped sharply from 362 units in 2017 to 1,138 units last year.
From the Southgate Simatupang project, BSD hopes to achieve marketing sales of Rp 400 billion, up 32% from last year's achievement. The company will also rely on sales from several projects in the Jabodetabek area such as Kota Wisata, Grand Wisata, Taman Banjar Wijaya, and Tourism Legend, as well as projects in Kalimantan, namely Grand City Balikpapan.
