JAKARTA - PT Timah Tbk (TINS) injected non-cash paid-up capital (inbreng) to its subsidiary, PT Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah. The inbreng consisted of three lands in three locations in Bangka Belitung.
Corporate Secretary of PT Timah Tbk (TINS), Amin Haris Sugiarto stated that the company obtained 7,098,600 stocks after the lands were given to PT Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah.
The total value of those lands was Rp 70.98 billion, consisting of land in Taman Bunga, Garunggang which valued at Rp 53.83 billion, a land in Sungai Baru, Mento (Rp 3.96 billion), and a land in Parit, Tanjung Pandang (Rp 13.87 billion). (LK/AR)
