JAKARTA. PT Capri Nusa Satu Properti aims to obtain Rp 100 to Rp 150 billion in its Initial Public Offering (IPO), in the first quarter of this year.
Jansen Surbakti, Director of Capri Nusa Satu Properti, said that the company would use the funds from the IPO to fund its resort projects, office projects and increase its working capital. The composition is as follows: 50% for resort projects, 40% for office projects, and 10% for working capital.
"The capital market is a good place to gain funding, provided the developer has a good and prospective project," Surbakti explained through his official statement on Monday (4/3) today.
Capri Nusa Satu Properti currently operates office business units, convention halls and resorts. Surbakti estimated that the development of its resort in Bali would be completed in September this year. (KR/AR)
