JAKARTA - PT Millennium Pharmacon Indonesia Tbk (SDPC) is targeting performance growth of 20% in 2019. According to SDPC CEO Mohamad Muhazni bin Mukhtar, the company will establish strong partnerships with principals to achieve the target.
“We will also partner non-prescription medicine principals to bust into the market,” Mr Bin Mukhtar told Kontan.co.id, Tuesday (19/3).
Throughout 2018 the non-prescription medicine sales segment experienced a decline. Based on SDPC’s 2018 financial statements, sales of non-prescription medicine fell 30% to Rp 202.79 billion from Rp 291.34 billion in the previous year.
Mr Bin Mukhtar added that to increase sales in 2019 SDPC would continue product innovations. Last year the company launched one of its latest products, Citrex Gummy Vitamin C.
“In 2019 we will launch new products and Citrex Gummy variants,” said Mr Bin Mukhtar. (MS)
