JAKARTA. PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) allocated capital expenditure (CapEx) of US$ 100 million to improve the company's performance.
"The plan is that our 2019 CapEx comes from our internal cash," said Eddy Porwanto, Finance Director of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) to Kontan.co.id, on Wednesday (20/3).
According to him, this year's capital expenditure will be used to support the company's business in mining services. "Operations are still focused on increasing asset utilization and cost efficiency," he explained.
Meanwhile, DOID's revenue last year increased by 17% year on year (YoY) to US$ 892.45 million. The increase in income helped boost DOID's net profit to US$ 75.64 million, grew by 62% YoY.
According to Eddy, the increase in production capacity and rejuvenation of heavy equipment last year has supported the company's performance.
"In addition, we have succeeded in improving asset utilization so that the company can grow and achieve good financial performance," he said. (AM/AR)
