JAKARTA. PT Ciputra Land Tbk is building the third tower of its office building in West Jakarta, 60% of the building has been purchased (strata title) by Propan Group.

Arthadinata Djangkar, Director of PT Ciputra Land Tbk, said that at present, his party has three office buildings that have been operating, namely DBS Tower in the CBD, Tokopedia Tower, and Tokopedia Care in Puri, West Jakarta. As for the occupancy rate, currently, DBS Tower is at 100%. Whereas Tokopedia Tower is close to 70% and Tokopedia Care is at 80%.

The building purchased by Propan Group is targeted to be operational as early as next year. The total building area reaching 26,000 m2 is marketed at a price of Rp. 25 million per m2.

Previously, Ciputra Group had planned to make the remaining places at Tokopedia Tower as a workspace with the concept of co-coworking space. However, until now it has still not been realized, because the price offered from its clients is still not suitable. "Until now there are 3 operators of co-working spaces that are conducting negotiations," he said. (AM/AR)
