JAKARTA. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has temporarily suspended the trade of PT Skybee Tbk (SKYB) shares due to its failure to book operating revenue from October 1 to December 31, 2018.
"With that consideration, the IDX has decided to temporarily suspend the trade of PT Skybee Tbk (SKYB) shares in all markets since the first session of trading on Tuesday (2/4) until further announcement," said IDX Head of Corporate Assessment 2 Vera Floroida and Head of Regulatory and Operational Division Irvan Susandy in an announcement, Monday (1/4).
The IDX has asked all concerned parties to constantly monitor the company's information disclosure.
Based on SKYB's financial statements presented to the IDX on March 29, 2019, the company recorded net revenue of Rp 4.25 billion in 2018, equal to the amount of the company's net revenue in the financial statements published in late September 2018.
In the last three months of 2018, SKYB failed to score revenue. Based on the company's third quarter financial statements, its net revenue reached Rp 4.25 billion. In late 2018, SKYB posted a net loss of Rp 2.05 billion, up 21.30% from Rp 1.69 billion in the previous year.
Yesterday (1/4) SKYB's stock price reached Rp 284 per share, its highest level since August 30, 2018. SKYB's stock price had soared 82.055 since the start of the year until yesterday's trading. (AM/MS)
