JAKARTA. PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) lowered its marketing sales target for its property products in 2019 to Rp 1 trillion, or 3.93% smaller than the realization of property marketing sales in the previous year which reached Rp 1.04 trillion.
Hong Kah Jin, Director of LPCK, said the realization of property marketing sales last year was supported by sales in the residential segment which reached Rp 943 billion. But this year, the sales target in the residential segment is only set at Rp. 477 billion.
When asked about the LPCK's performance during the first quarter of this year, Jin was reluctant to answer it. "It will be announced in two weeks," Jin said on Thursday (18/4) today, when met by idnfinancials.com.
Therefore, Jin also said that he had not been able to ensure that the realization of marketing sales in the first quarter was able to support the set targets.(KR/AR)
