JAKARTA. PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syariah Tbk (BTPS) targets net profit of Rp 529.55 billion in the second quarter of this year, 18% more than in the same quarter the previous year.
Ratih Rachmawati, President Director of BTPS, said that the growth in net profit would be accompanied by the provision of credit for productive poor families in Indonesia. "In Q2, BTPN Syariah will certainly maintain this growth momentum in order to continue to provide access to finance and empowerment programs," said Rachmawati on Tuesday (23/4) today when contacted by idnfinancials.com.
For information, BTPS recorded a net profit of Rp 488.77 billion in Q2 2018. 40% higher than in Q2 2017. BTPS also managed to collect Rp 7.82 trillion of Third-Party Funds (DPK) this year. (KR/AR)
