JAKARTA - Performance of PT Citra Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA) was restored in the first semester of 2018 after increasing its sales revenue and efficient cost of goods sold. The company recorded its profit at Rp 310.88 billion, growing 356.84% from the same period of 2017 at Rp 68.05 billion.
Based on the company's financial report, its sales revenue was recorded at Rp 887.22 billion, higher from Rp 231.23 billion in the first semester of 2017. Chalco Shandong International Trading Co.Ltd, the largest buyer of third party recorded at Rp 316.51 billion, followed by Xiamen Shengmao Co Ltd at Rp 137.24 billion, SIICGM Development Limited at Rp 93.45 billion, Yankuang Group Boyang Foreign at Rp 23.49 billion, and its related party buyer from PT Well Harvest Winning Alumina Refinery at Rp 316.51 billion.
The gross profit was recorded at Rp 396.41 billion, approximately 44.68% of the sales revenue, while the profit before tax was Rp 310.88 billion. In the same period of 2017, the gross profit was wRp 64.93 billion or 356.10% of the sales revenue. Its earning was recorded at Rp 92 per share, recovering from the loss per share of Rp 20. (LK)
