JAKARTA - PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA) recorded its sales revenue at Rp 887.22 billion in the first semester of 2018, growing 283.68% from the same period of 2017 at Rp 231.23 billion. The increase in sales revenue impacted profit boost in the same period in 2018.
Based on the company's financial report, sales was mostly to third party, consisting of Chalco Shandong International Trading Co Ltd at Rp 316.51 billion or 35.67% of its sales, followed by Xiamen Shengmo Co Ltd at Rp 137.24 billion, SIICM Development Limited Rp 93.45 billion, and Yankuang Group Boyang Foreign Rp 23.49 billion, while the related party, PT Well Harvest Winning Alumina Refinery contributed Rp 316.51 billion or 35.67% of its sales revenue.
The increase in sales followed by the hiking of cost of goods sold for Rp 490.80 billion, while its gross profit of Rp 396.41 billion or 44.68% of its sales. The profit was recorded at Rp 310.88 billion, rising from loss for the period of Rp 68.05 billion. (LK)
