JAKARTA - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) will carry out a tender offer for the shares of PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (GHON) owned by the public.
This is in line with the agreement between TBIG and GHON's shareholders consisting of Rudolf Parningotan Nainggolan, Hotma Linda Ebigail Sirait and PT Gihon Nusantara Tujuh on October 1, 2018 who authorized TBIG to become the controlling company.
In the disclosure of the information to Indonesia Stock Exchange, Tuesday (2/10) President Director of PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rudolf P. Nainggolan has delivered an agreement on the corporate action plan.
However, the tender offer is not aimed at the shares owned by Rudolf Parningotan Nainggolan, Hotma Linda Ebigail Sirait and PT Gihon Nusantara Tujuh which represent 70.76% of the total shares of GHON, but only for GHON shares owned by the public. (AM/LM)
