Ali Arifin, Corporate Secretary of PT Multi Indocitra Tbk (MICE) stated that the purpose of the acquisition is to expand the company's business, which is expected to be able to increase its revenue in 2019.
In the third quarter of 2018, the company's revenue was recorded at Rp 461.93 billion, rose from Rp 409.77 billion gained in the same period of last year. The gross profit of the company was recorded at Rp 258.82 billion, rose from Rp 222.75 billion gained in the same period last year. However, the net profit of the company declined compared to last year, from Rp 57.22 billion to Rp 24.79 billion. (LK/AR)
