JAKARTA - PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) is targeting marketing sales of 15 hectare this year, or a 81% hike from 2018.
“Our marketing sales in 2018 reached 8.3 ha, a 295% growth from 2.1 ha in 2017,” SSIA Head of Investor Relations Erlin Budiman told Kontan.co.id, Wednesday (23/1).
Ms Budiman added that in 2019 SSIA has no plan to seek a new project. “We are still focusing on land acquisition in Subang and preparing for the tender of Patimban access toll road,” she said.
For the expansion, SSIA has budgeted capital expenditure (capex) of Rp 775 billion, sourced from the company’s internal cash. “The capex will be used mainly for land acquisition and land development in Subang. Some will be used for construction, and some for our hotel business,” Ms Budiman concluded. (MS)
